Linda Harrison - A Real Realistate Diva!

The term Diva has certainly evolved since its Grand Opera roots. Once the gay community adopted the term, everyone became a Diva! On the streets however, the word Diva can also mean any woman (or gay man) at the top of their game and in that sense Linda Harrison is a bonified Diva.

She is the founding partner and chief negotiator of The Harrison Team, working with Principal Partner Ellen Anderson, also a top Pacific Union real estate professional.

The Harrision Team is a luxury realistate company based in San Francisco's uber upscale neighborhood, The Presidio.

The views surrounding their offices are spectacular with the Palace of the Fine Arts in one direction, The Golden Gate Bridge and the sloping hills of the Marin Headlands in another, and if that isn't enough to blow you away, her office is located on the campus of Lukas Film LTD (Star Wars, Raiders of The Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, etc), enough inspiration to sell every property available in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I met Linda when she reached out to me to offer sponsorship support for the 2006 season of the Oakland International Black LGBT Film Festival.

Linda has a background in senior management working with national Fortune 100 companies, including Eastman Kodak Company where she was vice president of sales, marketing and digital imaging. An outstanding leader and negotiator, Linda is the president of the board of directors of Frameline, the only nonprofit in the country dedicated to funding, exhibition, distribution and promotion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media arts.

In the two part (2006) keepintirealonline.tv interview below, I spoke with Linda about the luxury realistate market and about advice for the entry level or low income buying market.

Thanks Linda for everything and I will be in touch.

Joe
