WHY THE NAME?

The term “Cuppa Joe” is related to coffee and coffee drinkers. Although I am not a coffee drinker, after thinking hard and long about the beverage's nick name, and the name for my blog, it was clear that coffee and I have a lot in common.

There are so many analogies that I can use to describe myself through caffeinated eyes, however, I will only take up a little bit of your time to name a few here in this posting.

Periodically during my future entries, I will throw in an analogy or two to remind myself of why I came up with this name in the first place.

Well the first few analogies that I can think of right off the top of my head are that I am "black" and can be served bitter or sweet and I am usually pretty warm. I also try to help keep myself and those around me as alert and wide awake as possible. That's enough, I will stop here.
